Who are you going to call?
Sometimes when you are least expecting, a pop up suddenly appears you are not able to close or loud beeps and a voice message, warning you that you have a virus and need to call the number on the screen. These messages are designed to frighten you into following the instructions. Next thing you know, they whom ever they are are logging on to your computer exclaiming how they can fix what ever problem you do NOT have for such amount of money.
The following links are from Microsoft’s Support Website and Federal Trade Commission Consumer Information . I urge all to reconsider who you call when your computer has an issue.
If you need help fixing a problem, call someone you know and trust.
